Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of WhatsApp Group Links (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use WhatsApp in your country if that is higher. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What the Site provides

The Site is a free directory of public WhatsApp group invite links, organised into collections and categories. We do not create, host or manage the groups themselves. Joining a group takes you to WhatsApp, where WhatsApp’s own terms apply.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• copy, scrape or republish our collections in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the Site;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its admin area or its systems;
• send spam, false reports or misleading information through our contact form;
• interfere with the Site’s security or normal operation.

Submitting a group

By submitting a group link to us, you confirm that:

• you are the group’s admin, or you have permission to share its public invite link;
• the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
• the group complies with WhatsApp’s terms and with these Terms.

You give us permission to publish, edit, categorise and later remove the group name, link and description on the Site. Submitting a group does not guarantee it will be listed, and we don’t accept payment to bypass our review.

Prohibited content

We do not list, and will remove, any group that involves:

• sexual or adult content, or any content that sexualises or endangers minors (reported to the relevant authorities);
• scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, fake jobs or requests for upfront payments;
• hate speech, harassment, threats or promotion of violence or terrorism;
• illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit items or pirated content;
• impersonation of real people, brands or official organisations;
• malware, hacking tools or stolen data.

Our rights over listings

We may review, edit, re-categorise, rename or remove any listing at any time and for any reason, including when a link expires, a group changes its topic, or we receive a valid complaint or removal request. We may also rewrite group titles and descriptions so they are clear and consistent across the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, collection pages, organisation and code belong to WhatsApp Group Links or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reproduce substantial parts of the Site without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks, including WhatsApp, belong to their owners.

Third-party services

Groups and WhatsApp are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. See our Disclaimer for details.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any listed link will work or lead to a particular kind of group.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsApp Group Links and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or any listed group. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
